Once again, MCC will be hosting Advent wreath making on November 24th following the church service. Normally we would also have church decorating at that time for the Christmas season, however Advent falls the Sunday following Thanksgiving so this year we will just have Advent wreath making. Bring some cookies to share and we will have a fun time of getting ready for the Christmas season and the birth of our Savior.

MCC, for almost three year we have had the blessing of having Pastor Frank as our Worship Arts Pastor. His enthusiasm, warmth, and passion for worship has ministered to us all. Pastor Frank has been in a season of discernment and has decided to step down as Pastor of Worship Arts and focus on his frontline ministry as an educator-missionary in the New Hampshire Public School System. Pastor Frank's last Sunday will be September 22nd. Please pray for Pastor Frank as he faithfully steps into this next season. We will have a celebration send-off for Frank after the Worship Service on the 22nd.

Women's Bible Study starting Wedneday, September 11th from 1-3pm. This study will run for 8 weeks. Cost for study and book is $25 and books will be handed out at the first session. The study is "Elijah" by Priscilla Shirer. See Tammilynn Elerath for more details.
MCC is partnering with First Church Boxford for VBS again this year! August 5-9th at First Church Boxford.
At SCUBA VBS, kids explore what it means to have a friendship with a real, loving, trustworthy God-a friendship that lasts forever! You can expect a week full of faith discoveries, memorable music and epic adventures that help kids grow in faith. Join us on the ocean floor in the summer of 2024!

MCC will be having their annual budget meeting on April 21st. This is a time for members to see the budget prior to the Annual Meeting. Questions and concerns can be raised at that time. If you are member please consider taking time to stay after the service for this meeting.
April 7th, 2024, following the service, join David Craig in a brainstorming session for the MCC Go-initiative. Don’t know what the Go-Initiative is? Make sure you stop David and ask him.
In this course, you’ll learn how to slow down your life and develop a personal relationship with Jesus. Discover how to:
• Confront the Crisis of Emotionally Unhealthy Spirituality
• Know and Become Your Authentic Self in Christ
• Discover How Your Family of Origin Affects You Today
• Find Your Way Through "Walls" to Grow into Maturity
• Enlarge Your Soul Through Embracing Grief and Loss
• Integrate Silence and Sabbath to Slow Down for Jesus
• Grow Into an Emotionally Healthy Adult
• Design a Lifelong Plan to Live in God's Love
This course runs weekly on wednesday evenings starting April 3 through May 29th from 7-9pm
Cost is $35/per participant
Join us for our Easter Sunday morning service. We celebrate that our Lord Jesus rose from the grave for the forgiving of our sins and transgressions and will once again sit at the right hand of the Father. We praise Him for the gift of His Holy Spirit and that we will one day be in His presence.
At 7pm Pastor Brian will lead a guided Stations of the Cross tour and then at 7:30pm there will be a fire pit in the lower parking lot where we will burn the sins that have been nailed to the cross in the sanctuary during lent. We look forward to you joining us for a time of reflection, prayer and looking forward to Easter.
The Sanctuary will be open for a time of prayer , reflection and self guided stations of the cross starting at 11:30am until about 2:30 pm.
Join us for a time of reflection and prayer. This service will enter us into a time of mourning and grief over the death of our savior.
Join us as we celebrate the triumphal entry of our King, Jesus and enter into Holy Week with the waving of palms.
